About the role:

As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll be the friendly face (and sharp mind) guiding new clients through the technical side of onboarding. You’ll help brands connect their data, configure our platform, and translate their business goals into real, measurable value. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who loves both people and problem-solving, speaks fluent SQL, and gets a thrill from making chaos make sense.

Role Description:
As a Customer Support your role will be:

• Client facing, responsible for orchestrating the integration process of every new client - translating customers’ business objectives, to business technical requirements and executions. 
• Serve as a resource for clients, guiding them in navigating complex marketing to ensure a successful and speedy data and analytics related to their integrations.
• Monitor, work to improve,  and ensure that clients’ integration and data pipeline are functioning well
• Lead and execute the integration process for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the integration phase.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously refine the technical side of the onboarding experience.
• Identify and implement tools to facilitate easier integration and onboarding for clients.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to communicate client needs and expectations effectively.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and updates on client integration progress.
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring of client integrations, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues that arise.
• Initiate and execute automation planning
• Improve and create new integration documentation, including platform tours, instructional explanations, and potentially videos. 
   

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role in a marketing technology, adtech or SaaS company at a similar role
• Great team player that is able to work with different internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver the best value to our customers
• Incredible written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Great project management skills and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups across a diverse set of industries, sizes, and experience level
• Problem solving attitude and analytical thinking, self motivation and dedication to solving customer problems based on understanding the true pain of the customer, and finding data-driven solutions
• Technical savviness, and the ability to orchestrate the integration process by understanding data files, and the logic required to instruct customers of the data and integration requirements
• Experience working with SQL queries - Must
  familiarity with AWS, Json/YAML, Linux command line interaction. 
• Experience working with Python notebooks - BIG PLUS
• Excellent excel skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize several projects simultaneously
• Curiosity and the desire to learn more about the product and the customers you will be working with
• Native level English speaker and communication skills

• Gaming / Marketing industry experience
• Python hands-on experience
