Tech Lead Engineer

INCRMNTAL is searching for the best Tech Lead Engineer out there!

We are a deep machine learning and AI company, using the latest technologies, to solve a really simple question – “which half is wasted?”

We are a new startup, launched in summer of 2020, backed by strategic investors from around the world who believe in what we’re doing.

We have customers and a constant flow of interest from the press, investors and more large companies who want to join us.

Role Description

As a Tech Lead Engineer your role will be to:

Lead the development (handson) and the maintenance of a generic environment for our measurement solution
Identify performance issues and optimize solutions
Guide and Mentor the engineering team.
Work closely with product management functions on the system requirements
Work closely with the Data Sciences team, for optimal production grade
You will also participate in important decisions around the product, our strategy as well as have the opportunity to choose the areas you work on based on what you want or like to do the most. We believe in helping each other get most of ourselves rather than do what we’re not interested in doing.

Key Requirements

8+ yr professional experience in software development
Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCE, Azure, or the like)
Experience with distributed applications
Experience with complex data-flows and orchestration
Experience with relational databases and data warehouses
Advance knowledge of SQL databases and capable of comfortably crafting queries
Comfortable with getting your hands dirty (bringing stuff to production and maintaining a production environment)
Not afraid of picking up and experimenting with new technologies
