Technical support may be provided to customers depending on the Subscription Package as defined in an Order Form. If the Order Form specifies Technical Support, Customer Success Management (“CSM“) or similar in general terms, it shall mean that Incrmntal will provide up to 2 hours of support per month under the Agreement, but does not guarantee that all problems will be solved or that any item will be error-free.
Email and in-app responses are provided during support work hours only. We attempt to respond to email and in-app support questions within the SLA limits; in practice, our responses are generally much faster.
